1942-44	Used on Ambulance Train No.9.
20.6.1958	Auto couplers fitted.
13.1.1966	Recoded "NDX" for breakdown service and allocated.
1.2.1966	To the Alice Springs breakdown train.
-	Transferred to Darwin.
1972	Recoded "NXD".
3.11.1977	Written off and to be sold to the Ghan Preservation Society.
-	In possession of Pichi Richi Railway.
