An "DH" car (former NDH railcar) and "BM" car on the Stirling North school train.

Four sitting cars were purchased from the "Reading Railroad" in 1950. They had been built by "J.G Brill" in 1929.



Budd car CB 3 and trailer car BM 76.

Economy class sitting car built by "J.G Brill" for the "Reading Railroad", road number "88".
1929Entered service on "Reading Railroad".
4.02.1951Entered service on the Commonwealth Railways.
4.10.1951Fitted with a luggage compartment and recoded "BM".
1977/78Written off as derelict at Cook.

Economy class sitting car, built by "J.G Brill" for the "Reading Railroad", road number "85".
1929Entered service on "Reading Railroad".
7.12.1951Entered service on the Commonwealth Railways.
16.11.1968Destroyed by fire.
5.12.1968Written off.

B/BM 78 -- U 2212

Economy class sitting car, built by "J.G Brill" for the "Reading Railroad", road number "89".
1929Entered service on "Reading Railroad".
7.12.1951Entered service on the Commonwealth Railways as "B" class sitting up car,.
9.6.1953Converted to sitting up with luggage compartment, recoded "BM". Released to traffic 2.4.1953 unfinished for use with peak easter traffic, then returned to workshops.
13.11.1969Converted to poison car "U 2212".
1.4.1978Written off.

9.1961,Port Augusta - Budd car and Brill trailer for Marree

1929Entered service on "Reading Railroad".
7.12.1951Entered service on the Commonwealth Railways.
