No, 3813 was given to the RTM. It became their property.

Again, no. The locomotive is now owned by DSRM. It can't be arbitarily
reclaimed by the State Government.

The audit only covered items owned by the SRA. Various items at Thirlmere
which are owned by RTM were not covered. As 3813 is no longer owned by SRA
it was also not included.
