The exact ownership of each piece of rolling stock depends on when it was
bought, and currently there are several legal entities which own various
items, so your point is well made. We have been working for some time on a
trust structure to hold all the rolling stock and other assets (eg the
land). This process is expected to be finalised early next year.
Fortunately, a spill motion at this year's AGM does not seem likely.
