The DSRM policy has always been based on the assumption that running trains
will make a loss. This is why we are opening the static display first. It
will run at a profit, and support the other things we want to do.

The membership strongly supports the leadership. Since adopting the current
strunture in (I think 1989) there has only been one change to our boad of
directors, and that was because a director stood down.

Dorrigo is a democratic group. If you can command the majority at an AGM (or
an extrordinary general meeting) you can remove the directors and change the
policies. Or just find a group with a direction that suits you, and leave
the other groups alone to pursue their goals.
