The tangara doors have thick enough rubber to allow a leg to be stuck in them
with the door showing closed.  The TMS is also known to fail and show either all
doors open or all doors closed when they are not.  Up until now, if the TMS
fails, the train can still run, however with DOTI, the train would be a total
failure.
