Your quotation marks were on the wrong word. It should not have been
"multi skilling", but rather "empower".  There ya go sunshine, you
have just been "empowered" by me telling you what you should have done
(IMHO).

"empower" = bullshit psychobabble for making you think you have
control something you really have no control over.
