FOE is the new name for ground staff....all Signalmen, shunters and some
office staff have been grouped togethet as a FOE, and are qualified in all
three jobs, in addition some are qualified Second Persons, others Train
Examiner-wagon Repairers [ Freight Opperations Employee ??]

Two Signalmen have been given packages already [unfortunately the two good
ones, the idiot remains]
his job is very much in doubt! In fact he will be replaced purely because he
wont co-operate and do the FOE shunting part of his job, nor co-operate in
any way with the crews. When he is on duty we can double our shunt time at
Benalla.

You would have to ask the Signalman!

You are not wrong, but neither are our so called Safe Working people, ever
consistent...or why did they allow us to
"Proceed to Riggs Creek Loop and cross 9357, Locomotive No. G527, and
proceed to Wodonga with master key 67"
 Opposing Order
"Proceed to Riggs Creek Loop and cross 9358, Locomotive No. A68, and proceed
to Seymour with master key 66"
