Hmm, not likely in the foreseeable future unless the new mob have an endless pot
of gold, which they appear not to. They should of course call themselves and
casino then they would right for money.

The Victorian rules were written along the lines of - "we can't possibly allow
orders to be issued without forcing the arrival road at the station", i.e. we do
not want to have to have the words "take main line or passing siding" on our
orders. It was I think because the safeworking management of the day doubted the
driver's ability to think and take heed of an order.
