Typical Melbourne insularity - read the rest of my posts. I travelled to and
from work in Melbourne every day for a fortnight. I validated my ticket on
every single tram I travelled on - and that was at LEAST 8 trams per day,
every day, for 14 days. This is far more usage than most Melbourne people
subject their tickets to. And yet, funnily enough, I did not experience a
single problem! I am not saying that the problems do not exist, but more
that they will be unable to identify and rectify them because people will
not help by validating.
