U mentioned the "paying customer"... I don't think it is unreasonable to
assume you implied that "paying customers" were better than others.. if u
didn't mean that .... sorry..

For as long as I can remember... they will only act against a pissed person
if they become obnoxious and disturb the other punters..

security of the passengers... if they can't handle it .... call for the

U must have been very unlucky is all I can say to strike trouble on each
trip..

If by that u mean mechanical problems... well... if ya believe the Minister
and the boss those problems are bein addressed
