That was not the point. You said and I quote again .... "If you are not
a member you do not get a say in how we spend our time and money". I am
saying that if public money is spent on DSRM then the public is entitled
to have a say, whether it is in an open forum like aus.rail, in a letter
to the editor of a newspaper, or to any other public forum they so wish.
Whether DSRM wishes to take notice is up to it.
