And you are the one that is being made to look like an idiot. The blanket
claim was that pedestrians have to keep to the left - you gave a reference
to the ARR that only partly addressed the blanket claim, without mentioning,
in any way, the limitations of that reference. Particularly since the ARR
you gave also said that pedestrians can keep to the right, as applicable.
Your reference was therefore flawed. If it only applied to pedestrians using
the road, you should have said so. You didn't.
