Starts with A    :-)  {we all know who, just observe at any station. I'm
not prepared to let the PCer's pollute the bandwidth with their
accusations}

Trouble is most pax don't know what they mean and either brake response
is inconsistent (or your less skilled colleagues :-) ) means that it is
not unusual to see either stopping 1 car short, 1 or more past the
marker or a re-application of power to move up the platform after
slowing too much.

Oh dear, mustn't do that, must we - Carl wouldn't be a happy little
