You almost need an act of Parliament to switch in Clifton Hill during problems..

As much as I hate to say it..

They should control Heildelberg by TDN and let Metrol make the changes.

SCP used only when Metrol Fails..  Automation can be a scary thing..

How long would it take to switch the panel in if a Down train had auto selcted the
route and failed at Eaglemont?

By the time the timeouts had run down... There would be more fines imposed than you
could keep track of..

Does anyone know what the operations of the Auto section at Longwarry / Bunyip
comprise of?
