The PHNs were built for the Southern Aurora by Comeng, with fluting under
license to the Budd Corporation, as per the A/C sleepers and the S set cars.

The PHAs were built for later trains (North Coast motorail??) by Goninan, but
they did not have an agreement to use Budd's fluting design, so had to go with
their own, as per the K/C set cars.
