I haven't seen a good thing come from Ivan. This isn't a group for 
repeatedly bashing CityRail, particularly when any or all of the 
following conditions are so:

1: It's your fault.
2: Outage is planned (people whinge to me about trackwork, I tell them 
that no trackwork means even less reliable services)
3: There's no substance to your complaint (Ivan got fined for not having 
your ticket. Rules are rules, so it's deserved.)
4: There's a reasonable alternate service in a reasonable timeframe.

Killfile hasn't been implemented in Mozilla yet, and I'm not changing my 
newsreader :)

Just for the record, would the trackwork on the 21st/22nd have anything
to do with these "problems"?
