Re: [NSW, CityDeRail] Worst Station Staff

Untamed precocious little brats would be one way of describing school
"children". I occasionally have the misfortune of travelling CityRail in the
peak hour. I dread it. Moreover, try telling Mr & Mrs Little Johnny or Janie
that their child misbehaves....

In New Zealand they have a great scheme - everyone pays for a rail journey.
School children are required to buy school passes that cover a term, ie,
their parents as tax payers fork out the dollars. So if you want your little
Johnny or Janie to go a long way to school then you pay lots of money to do
it. Users pays. Much fairer.

More to the point, why should anyone get any sort of free travel? Cant think
of a financial institutions dont give zero percent loans/credit cards? Yet
we seem happy to cart school kids, pensioners and transport employees around
the countryside for nothing. Everyone should pay something.
