DE02 is still in existance at Whyalla.

This was the last G8 in use at Lincoln, and was shipped back to WHYALLA so parts could be borrowed for the overhaul of the other locomotives.

I am not sure of her mechanical completeness, but she is surely the least modified of the G8/G12's built and worthy of preservation.
