I've got this idea!!!!

Why don't we get 2 E Class out of storage, couple one each end of the 4D to
provide power and run them on Hillside's tracks, (Burnley Group). To
overcome the problem with the power supply to the A/C and lighting we could
leave one panto on the 4D.
