Only if a single unit can be a multipule.

Multipule units through out the train connected by jumper or other such
devices that tell all the units to do things.
4 electric locos are not considered MU's because they are all at the
front.
If you have one at the start of the train and one at the back they are
still not because they are not connected electricaly.
