I don't know about the statement re Metrol.  Metrol only controls the inner
city area, bordered by: Richmond Jct (Caulfield Group), East Richmond
(Burnley Group), Clifton Hill/Westgarth (Clifton Hill Group), North
Melbourne & South Kensington (Northern Group).

Not tooooooo much different to the sort of area controlled by Sydney Box?
