With regards to the staff thats debatable, some work, others dont :)

Once again, they should follow the Melbourne example, everything works 
(except that poor white elephant orphan that got sent down from NSW a few 
years ago... interesting that, NSW) and we don't suffer massive problems 
due to trackwork EACH and EVERY weekend like you Sydney people do :-)
