Replying to three posts in this thread:
I am against charging tolls for a section of free public road.  The current
bridge is replacing a section of public road.

There is no difference between this and Chicago gangland protection rackets
in the prohibition era 'Pay us de money, and you can continue with life
undistoibed'.
