Is there any indication of what infrastructure is included in the
privatization.
For example, what happens to infrastructure that is now currently shared by
both Vline freight and ARTC such as
West Tower.
The dual guage tracks from Sth Dynon Junction to WF Junction.
The dual guage tracks from Nth Geelong C to Gheringhap.

Theres obviously a heap more.

Hard to split this in two,

On a slightly differant , but related subject , since it seems that under the
new regime all freight train timetables will become secret, owing to the
commercial in confidence crap , is a reader of this news group committing any
sort of offence if such timetables were to be published on a publickly
available web site , provided that such timetables were obtained via legal
means , ie sitting at Albury for a week noting the times that trains came
thru, and then repeating the process at other stations along the route.
Its not too hard to figure out from this a timetable , as running times cant
be kept secret, and with tools like Train Dispatcher its not too hard to
figure out where the crosses are.
