As they have in W.A. it is Left to Right || Right to Left for the pulls.
If you look on my signalling page you will find that the down and up pulls
swap sides depeding on the location of the box.

EG
Heidelberg, Up on the Right.
Greensborough, Up on the Left.
Eltham, Up on the Left, 
Epping, Up on the Left.
Bell, Up on the Left.
Old Clifton Hill Boxes, Up on the Right.
Burnley, Up on the Left
Camberwell, up on the Left,
Box Hill, Up on the left.
Blackburn, Up on the left.
Mitcham, Up on the left (panel is sideways).
Ringwood, Up on the left,
Lilydale, up on the left.
UFTG, Up on the left.
Ashburton, Up on the left (panel sideways).
Darling, Up on the Right.
Glen Waverley, Up on the Left (panel sideways)
mostly on the left expect:
Frankston, up on the right.
Dandenong, up on the right (panel)
St Albans, up on the right.
Brodameadows, up on the right
Somertown, Up on the Right.
Sunshine, Up on the right

Anyway as you can see it does vary, there is one or two pull charts which
are the wrong way around ie:
Right to Left || Left to Right
I will find out which and report back.

(There is an expection to everthing)
