* B2.2020 was green & yellow until it was first seen in Cadbury livery on
02-05-1995. This first scheme was simply an all-over purple one.
* It was next repainted purple with brown chocolate "dripping" from the
roof, first seen on 10-02-1997.
* It's current paint job was first seen on 30-03-1999. This is all over
purple with chocolate blocks / peices on the side windows.

I don't think so David, sorry.
AFAIK W's don't have all-over advertising as there is so few of them left,
the one's still running form the 'Melbourne icon' of a green & yellow W
class tram.
Route 69 is not an all W class route - W's appear on it because many
services (not all) are inter-worked with route 16 (not 15).
And finally, advertising trams do not have a choice of 26 routes, they are
confined to their respective tram companies routes. e.g. Yarra Trams
Z3's are confined to the route 11 or 70.
