All-over advertising trams (Melb)

Melbourne currently has 17 all-over advertsting trams.

After talking to the Preston Workshops Paint Shop manager on a recent tram
tour, I found out the following:

Advertsting trams are under contract to run as much as possible, and
accident repairs are carried out straight away ahead of other trams
awaiting work.  Regular maintenance 'out-of-service' time is in included
in a contact.  The average Z3 tram costs $10,000 for a 3 month
contract, further months are sometimes offered at a reduced cost if the
tram is not needed for a new contract.

There are currently 4 trams still running that have expired contracts:

  *  Z3.179  - Australia Day 1999
  *  Z3.204  - Toyota Camry
  *  B2.2014 - Ford "Live It" / Australian Open Tennis
  *  B2.2100 - Melbourne Zoo

Two new contracts are currently be negotiated, one for the National Bank.

B2.2100 is well overdue for a repaint, but contracts for B2 trams are
fairly rare; The cost is over $15,000.
