Does this include the double track dual guage line from Sth Dynon Junction to
WF junction or one or both lines from Brooklyn to Newport.
This sort of issue may seem trivial,but from the Track Access charging
perspective these lines carry lots of trains other than FVs and the ability to
charge every operator who runs over them would make a considerable source of
income.
On the other hand if FV dont get these lines , then they are faced with the
dubious problem of having to pay someone else to get any of their trains in
and out of Nth Dynon.
