At the speed they put the overhead up at boronia (about 500 metres) and
all the standing around doing nothing, I wouldn't be supprised at $6.75
million per kilometre.  But for the $27 million they also get two new 
stations.  (I wonder if they will make Sydenham a Premium Station)
