: extend the line here.  At $6.75 million per kilometre ($27 million for
: a 4 km St Albans - Sydenham extension), they'd be looking to get a
: good return before they invested in extra electrification (or does the
: $27 million include stabling facilities - seems expensive "just" for

At the speed they put the overhead up at boronia (about 500 metres) and
all the standing around doing nothing, I wouldn't be supprised at $6.75
million per kilometre.  But for the $27 million they also get two new 
stations.  (I wonder if they will make Sydenham a Premium Station)
