I can't see it costing much to train a Station Assistant.  Maybe a couple of
hours instruction in how to empty a garbage bin and how to pick up cigarette
butts from the platform and Bob's your Aunty Mary.

Then there is the advanced course that teaches the SA how to blow a whistle.
