I received correspondence yesterday from the Victorian Office of Fair
Trading and Business Affairs, and in there it has statements like:

	Maximum penalty - 10 penalty units ($1000)

So, from their point of view, one penalty unit is indeed $100.

Maybe it is different for different instrumentalities
