Would a C class be allowed on the Sydney - Lithgow line? As the 81s are in
short supply, it would make more sense to use one of the idle Cs from
Junee to pilot the NR up the hill. They're no worse off sitting idle in
Lithgow (or Parkes) for most of the week, apart from two return trips to
Sydney, than sitting idle in Junee all the time. A C might even perform
better than an 81 up the mountain.
