Wasn't that only for two years? 

According to your newsletter No.1 of 1999, the settlement was signed on
3rd February of that year. 

In that newsletter Clause 9.1 of the settlement said DSRM and GMR had
both agreed to a two years cooling-off period during which they would
not make any adverse public comments about each other. 

It is now 5th April 2001.
