Agreed.  All the figures they are quoting are for Central to Spencer Street.
Mr Proctor:  Now provide us with the following time comparisons:

Fair: Penrith to Dandenong

Unfair: YSSY (Kingsford Smith Airport) to Tullamarine Airport.
