I share these sentiments...

I have photos of Mum standing in front of an NJ at the Alice in 1972,
and another of my parents' LandCruiser loaded on a flat car on the NAR
that same year;  I've never been to NT but it's nice to know there are
still chunks of the NAR in existence.
