As others have already indicated that running them at night is a problem, as
Coldstream line (an extension of siding D) is currently used for stabling trains.
Then again, turning Siding D into a running line probably is a good thing as this
will reduce transposal options there at nights.
Finally, according to "Proposals for implementation of the Victorian rail access
regime : discussion paper" (Melbourne : Dept. of Infrastructure, 2000, p. 9), it
stated that "... it proposes that the following should ** NOT ** be declared at this
stage: ... the Hillside Train Network ...".
