The point was made in other posts that running at night would be a problem
because the main line (extension to Coldstream) and run around loops are
used for stabling sparks. Comparing with the Frankston line can also be
inappropriate because of the single line between Mooroolbark and Lilydale -
it would be as easy as the steel trains if this section was duplicated!!
