If you make train one a G set, you could also replace the Wyong trains with
G sets and through-run them.

I would super-express them - Sydney, Strathfield, Parramatta, Penrith,
Springwood - if train 1 is to act as a feed for it. Otherwise, have it the
same as now, but with a half-hourly service for the lower mountains.
