There is one tait car currently at the Gemco site, its rapidly decaying,
with the fabric covering the roof peeling off.

IIRC the proposal for the Gemco theatre was tied somehow with a Council
proposal for a Performing Arts Centre directly opposite the Gemco Site on
the other side of the track.  But the Performing Arts Centre got canned, and
is now IIRC proposed for a site elsewhere in Emerald.

Not too sure whether this has much to do with rail...
