Seymore line does not enjoy strong as ridership as Ballarat or Bendigo,
no point of order expensive state of the art rollingstock nor straighten
the line.

Besides Seymore line is still not as bad as parts of the
Newcastle-Sydney, Sydney to Wollongong, Gympie North or Blue Mountain
line , at least there aren't any 40kph curves on Seymore line.
