You have to compare it with alternative modes of transport. I haven't yet
travelled on the airport railway, but sometimes it took me 40 minutes to
get from the city to the airport by taxi!

40 minutes to Campbelltown is very good. The total express journey time to
Canberra would be 81 minutes, which is still faster than checking in and
flying (50 minutes doors close to doors open).
