This is correct. Funny thing is, when that temporary crossover was in use at
Central, where a Down train could cross to platform 2, it was only possible
to clear the signal by selecting "Warner" (Flashing Yellow) on the UTC
workstation. It was not possible for a Down train to enter platform 2 on a
steady yellow. When the WARNER route set up, there was an overlap holding
252(?) points in Normal. So much for "no overlap". Why for this happen Pete?
