(Single truck drop-end California combination cars)

Fifty eight of these cars were permanently coupled in pairs, (called 'Bib and Bub' sets) from 1941 to 1950.

Preserved type A trams

• No. 1, is preserved at the Australian Electric Transport Museum
• No. 10 (which was sold to SECV Ballarat in 1936 and became Ballarat No. 21) is preserved as Ballarat 21 at the Australian Electric Transport Museum

• Nos 14 and 15, to be restored as a coupled 'Bib and Bub' set (although these two were not actually coupled to each other in service), at the Australian Electric Transport Museum

Four of these cars were also operated in coupled pairs from 1941 to 1950.

A2

(Tank cars)

Car No. 42 was retained as a static store for advertisements until 1958.

Preserved type A2 trams

• none remain. Car No. 42 was converted back to type B by the Australian Electric Transport Museum.

• Nos 41 and 43, in a holiday home at Yilki, near Victor Harbor.
