Hard to evaluate your point without all of the facts,
seeing that rail's share of freight on the Melbourne to
Sydney corridor is STILL falling, as it was *long*
before ARTC.!
  
Keeping to the subject and Wodonga aside, one of the
most valuable lines in Oz which the former Labor
Federal Government ignored, and the present Labor NSW
Government ignores, just happens to be one of the most
important links on the national rail network.
