Would be much better to change the colour to something that contrasts more
with the white background.

(I am about to say something that will get me flamed).
Rather than using Front Page Express, why not try using Netscape Composer -
it comes with the complete Netscape Communicator package. I find it easier
to use for complicated things. (I then open it in Notepad and tidy up the
HTML).

It is easier to preview your page as you go using Composer, as it is
actually a part of the Netscape package. I do not know which browser you
prefer, but it would be worth having Netscape anyway, as ome things look one
way in IE and a totally different in Netscape. It pays to look at the page
in both browsers, to make sure that the page really does look the way you
want it to.

Why? I think it is a great idea - either "work-for-the-dole" or community
service would be ideal for something like this.
