 Hi Dave,

my "tongue in cheek" part was where I suggested a person **deliberately breaks the law ** so the
judge sends you to work at the railway station! 

Community service and work for the dole schemes were quite serious suggestions of mine. As Micheal
said above, several rail groups are using the concepts already.
