The possibility of litagation precludes me from commenting on the above,
except to say that the charter to the Western Suburbs Leagues Club today was
cancelled by NETWORK CONTROL of SRA. There was absolutely NOTHING wrong with
3830, 4401 or the train.  Negotiations with "the man on the wall" continued
until about 9.00 am when "they" advised that the steam train could not run
and they were unable to find a Intercity electric and crew to provide an
alternative service.
