Hi there

Most days someone tops themself in front of a tube train, If its's train on
train then:
Kilburn on the Metroplitan Line in 1987.
Two trains collided in the fog. Driver passed automatic signal at danger in
accordance with the rulebook and proceeded to drive in parellell straight in
to the preceeding train (Not in the rulebook) The driver died.
