When I took a photo of TOT/U8 of the F class tour (showing red/red/yellow)
there was at the very top an illuminated 'V' (the other would be 'S') the
boards next to the 'B' light (S) and 'C' light (V) were not there.  If
you want I will post this picture on my webpage tonight.
